Voice of Influence® Certified Coaches

With the goal of making transformational connections, we use constructive feedback and classroom discussions that integrate knowledge and tools into work-life to activate program participants to become agents of change. We use the Voice of Influence Master Facilitator Framework to create opportunities for “lightbulb moments” when participants come to their own understanding and application of a leadership concept through personal reflection and conversations. Our program facilitator-coaches are experienced, knowledgeable, and fun!

Jessica Van Roekel is a speaker and author of the book, “Reframing Rejection: How Looking Through a Different Lens Changes Everything.” She brings her experience and love of performing and directing to her work helping clients find, develop, and hone their Voice of Influence.

Jessica has been published in numerous written publications and podcasts. She is a Voice of Influence® certified coach and master facilitator.

Ms. Van Roekel specializes in facilitating personal reflection and transformation. She is known for developing strong connections and mutual respect with her coaching clients. Jessica coaches for leadership and team communication/influence, and has led the Voice of Influence® virtual manager training program since it began in 2021.

Marci Toler, LTC (Ret) MSS, MBA
LTC (R) Marci Toler is a retired Officer for the United States Army and holds the Human Resource Manager functional area (43B), specializing in organizational team development, operations, and strategic planning. Awarded the Bronze Star, Toler has served as a senior staff member for several Combatant Commands, a trainer, advisor, and mentor to tactical, operational, and strategic (combined, joined and allied coalition) staff officers and civilians for planning and operations.

She evokes leaders to integrate leadership and resilience tools into their personal leadership style. Participants in her programs question assumptions, reflect honestly, and make courageous changes in support of their teams and their mission.

Ms. Toler is a Voice of Influence® certified coach and master facilitator. She is the Lead Instructor and coach for the Voice of Influence 5-year contracts with the US Army Corps of Engineers leadership development and supervisor leadership development programs in the Omaha and St. Louis Districts.
