Welcome! I’m glad to have you here. If you have experience and expertise, the world needs what you have to offer. But the truth is that there are a lot of things that can get in the way of your team, your clients, or your audience adopting and engaging in your mission. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how many letters you have behind your name. If you can’t communicate with engaging influence, it’s possible that your message will go to waste.
The good news is that you’re not on your own.
I’m Andrea Wenburg, author, speaker, strategist, and host of the Voice of Influence podcast. It is my mission to help you connect your expertise with the need in the world, and I’m bringing all of my education and experience in business, psychology, theology, education, and vocal music performance to help you get there. This show was birthed in April, 2017; and, over 300 episodes later, it is still our honor to bring you insights, practices, and interviews highlighting the personal and interpersonal human dynamics and human power skills that help people develop a Voice of Influence at work and in the world.
Your voice matters inherently, but you can make it matter more by developing your Voice of Influence. Let’s get started!
